Types of e-liquid
E-liquids come in several different flavours, but essentially there are two main types
Premixed and Shake n’ vape.
Premixed e-liquids
A ready-mixed e-liquid is the simplest type of e-liquid. These e-liquids come in 10 ml. bottles and is ready to pour into your e-cigarette and vapors. They are available both with and without nicotine.

What do our e-liquids contain?
An e-liquid (or e-juice)typically consists of only three or four ingredients:
– Vegetable glycerin (VG), the more VG the thicker the e-liquid
– Propylene glycol (PG), the more PG the thinner the e-liquid
– Aroma (taste)
– Nicotine (all e-liquids are available with and without nicotine)
The ratio of VG / PG is very important as it will determine the vaping experience you have.
To form steam, it requires that the e-liquid contain a base liquid. The base liquid usually consists of a mixture between Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG). For many, these products are unknown, but in reality, it is quite common addition that is found in many of the consumables and foods we consume daily.
The liquids are produced with a minimum of ingredients, all of which are of pharmaceutical quality and added exclusively to natural flavors. VG and PG are found in all e-liquids and thus help to give the steam its full character.
What are PG and VG?
Propylene glycol (PG) is a food grade additive used by the food industry worldwide. When you buy food, PG will have the e-number E-1520. PG is what binds the taste, and which also gives a stronger taste and more throat scratches. The higher the amount of PG the e-liquid contains, the more flavor the e-liquid has. However, it is important to have the right combination of VG and PG, so that the relationship between a lot of steam and strong taste is in balance.
Vegetable Glycerin (VG) is an additive extracted from vegetable fat – a liquid fat that is typically extracted from plant seeds. In the food industry, VG has the e-number E-422. In e-liquid, VG has the property that helps to give full steam. The higher the VG e-liquid contains, the more steam is produced.
E-liquid, aroma and nicotine strength?
E-liquid is the liquid you use to fill up on your e-cigarette, which is then converted to vapor when you inhale through the mouthpiece. We offer ready-made e-liquids, but if you have other preferences for taste, aroma or nicotine strength, you can also make your own. Our e-liquids contain all natural aromas.
Shake ‘N’ Vape
Shake ‘N’ Vape is the simplest way to create get an e-liquid that has your own specific nicotine strength. A Shake ‘N’ Vape or “shortfill” as its sometimes called will typically come in a 60 ml bottle in which, for example, a 50 ml base liquid and aroma have already been added.
All you do is add the amount nicotine base you require (if you do not want to add nicotine there nicotine free addition liquids you can use. Once added shake for 30 seconds and then your liquid is ready to use in your device. Shake ‘N’ Vape liquids are often high VG and therefore mainly work best with DL e-cigarettes.
Choosing the aroma and flavour of your e-liquid is an individual matter. For some, the transition from smoke to vaping may be easier if the e-liquid has a tobacco or menthol flavour, but after some time most people prefer to switch to other flavors, so as not to be reminded of the taste of tobacco or menthol, which is reminiscent of the taste of cigarettes, which is what most people want to get away from or have already stopped using.

How to choose your nicotine strength for you?
When choosing your e-liquid, consider the nicotine strength. You have the option of choosing e-liquid both with or without nicotine. Of nicotine strengths there are 0, 6, 12, 18 and 20 mg. In addition, you can mix the individual strengths yourself, so you find the right strength that suits you. The idea is that you gradually reduce the nicotine content and eventually end up at 0mg, then completely stop steaming.
For many beginners to vaping, however, it is necessary to have nicotine in the e-liquid so that the transition seems softer. However, with a gradual depletion, the body gets used to doing without the nicotine to eventually become completely independent of it.
As a beginner to vaping, it can be difficult to know which nicotine strength suits your needs. Therefore, you can follow these instructions:
- 0 mg. – Nicotine-free. Contains PG and VG and aroma
- 6 mg. – Mild nicotine. You smoke approx. 0-10 cigarettes daily.
- 12 mg. – Moderate nicotine. You smoke approx. 10-15 cigarettes daily.
- 18 mg. – Strong nicotine. You smoke approx. 20 cigarettes daily.
- 20 mg. – Very strong nicotine. You smoke over 20 cigarettes a day
If you have the feeling of “scratching” in the throat, as you know it from tobacco cigarettes, you should choose an e-liquid with a high PG concentration. If, on the other hand, you have a milder sensation, choose an e-liquid with a high VG concentration. A high content of VG also provides more steam.
